This conversation will explore the realities of raising children while building a career or business, including burnout, boundaries, asking for help, invisible labor, missed moments, career sacrifices, difficult choices, and the guilt so many mothers silently carry.
We are looking for mothers of all ages and at every stage of the journey—from new moms learning to navigate motherhood and work to seasoned “OG moms” raising teenagers, supporting adult children, or helping care for grandchildren. Whether you are an executive, entrepreneur, professional, community leader, or woman with a meaningful story to share, we would love to hear from you.

What is it really like to date as an accomplished woman in your 40s or 50s?
This episode will explore dating after divorce, navigating income and lifestyle differences, balancing professional success with personal relationships, and maintaining your standards while remaining open to healthy companionship.
We will also confront some difficult questions: Are successful women unfairly labeled “intimidating” because they are confident, independent, and clear about what they want? Should a woman ever minimize her success to make a partner feel more comfortable? Are her standards protecting her peace—or preventing connection? And how can she recognize the difference between someone who genuinely values her independence and someone who quietly resents it?
We are looking for accomplished women in their 40s and 50s who are willing to share their perspectives and experiences. Whether you are divorced, widowed, single, actively dating, taking a break from dating, or have successfully found love later in life, you may have something valuable to contribute. We also welcome relationship experts, therapists, dating coaches, matchmakers, and other professionals who can offer meaningful insights.
