With 30 years of experience in corporate law, labor relations, and executive leadership, I bring a perspective few coaches can offer — one built not just on theory, but on decades of real-world experience leading, advising, and developing leaders at every level of an organization.

I’ve served in senior leadership roles within major corporations and government agencies, where I’ve managed high-stakes compliance issues, guided executives through organizational change, and made critical hiring and promotion decisions. Those experiences taught me what truly drives leadership success — the mindset, communication, and strategy that separate high performers from high-impact leaders.
