Drawing upon nearly 30 years of experience across the legal, federal government, and corporate sectors, Katrice helps organizations—from growing businesses hiring their first employees to established corporations managing complex workforces—build stronger leaders and reduce workplace risk. Through policy and compliance reviews, leadership development, workplace training, employee-relations guidance, and workplace investigations, she helps businesses strengthen their policies, address workplace concerns, improve leadership practices, and create cultures where both employees and organizations can succeed.
